human-centred mindset to define customer experiences.

Experience

February 2013- Present

Service Design Lead

Fjord (Berlin, Germany)

Throughout the years at Fjord I have had the chance to work in many different types of projects and industries, seeing how the nature of projects evolved, becoming more complex and strategic.

I have acquired a broad skill set that ranges from research to product delivery. My mission has always been to help clients on their digital transformation journeys by emphasising a user-centred mindset and having a holistic design and problem-solving approach.

As a Service design lead, I support and drive the team in building quality outcomes from concept to delivery, giving the designers design direction and inspiring them to build their best work.

I help clients to build a human-centered design mindset, to create delightful digital experiences and to rol out digital transformation strategies.

I collaborate with the client to define needs and business objectives, to inform insightful concepts and create digital products, strategies, research studies or any other output that fits the needs of the project.

May 2012- Nov 2012

UX researcher and service design intern

Experientia (Turin, Italy)

Experientia is the leading UX research agency in Italy. During my time there, I was involved in a wide variety of research and strategy projects in industries such as healthcare, life sciences, technology, and education.

I prepared and conducted ethnographic research, and participated in the analysis and synthesis phases. I also created service concepts based on the findings, and helped to organise and facilitate participatory design workshops with clients and users.

April 2010- August 2010

Product designer intern

FLEX/the innovation lab (Delft, the Netherlands)

I participated in different projects from packaging to profesional equipment design. My work involved the generation of concepts, sketching and visualization of products and ideas, rendering, prototyping, building mockups, detailing and 3D modelling. I also collaborated with the team in idea generation sessions for the different projects.

June 2007- July 2008

Industrial designer

Grupo Antolin (Burgos, Spain)

As an industrial designer my main responsibility was to design and create 3D models of automotive components such as headliners, sunvisors, pillars or grabhandles for clients such as Jaguar, Audi, or PSA.

I collaborated with the engineers in the team in order to come up with components that meet the functional and aesthetic requirements. I also managed the coordination of the design team in India and the central design office in Spain within my projects.
